Shipping & returns

For facade cladding:
At Blendeq, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, so you can start your project without delay. Below you will find important information regarding shipping and delivery:

Shipping costs:

• Due to the weight and long lengths of 290 to 390 cm, transport costs amount to €150.00 including VAT. 

Large pallets:

• For the delivery of large and long pallets, we use a truck-mounted forklift on site. This guarantees a safe and efficient unloading of your shipment, directly at your home or at your designated location.

Free Shipping:

• Orders with an order value of €1,750 or more will be shipped for free. 

Pick up at Location:

• For customers who prefer to pick up their order, we offer a pickup option at our location in Bladel. This allows you to pick up your products at a time that suits you best and saves you transport costs.

For wall panels

Shipping
At Blendeq, we manage our own stock, so we can process every order quickly and carefully. Our products are delivered by our regular transport company Van Spreuwel Transport, as the dimensions of our panels are not suitable for regular parcel services. As soon as the order has been packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation and the evening before delivery an email and/or SMS from our carrier with a delivery time slot. It is important that someone is present at the specified address to receive the delivery.

Pick up is also possible at our showroom location in Bladel.

Shipping costs
Our courier delivers all packages due to the large size of the panels. The standard shipping costs are €39.95. For Belgium, this is €75.00

For orders within the Netherlands above €750, we do not charge shipping costs.

Samples are sent free of charge by PostNL as standard 

Returns and/or cancellations
As a consumer, you have the right to a cooling-off period of 14 days at Blendeq. Within this period, you can submit a return request via customer service and return the product. The costs for returning are at your own expense. The products to be returned must be unused and returned in their original packaging. For more information, please consult our general terms and conditions.

Panels or products that have been specially made to measure for you, for example in a different colour, size or combination thereof, cannot be returned or cancelled. Products offered in the SALE cannot be returned either.
